Conheça a Capela de São Lázaro, a capela histórica da cidade
Sua origem está ligada a uma imagem do santo São Lázaro esculpida em madeira pelo artista Cássio M’Boy nos anos 1920. A imagem atraiu grande número de devotos e, em 1934, foi construída uma capela para abrigá-la. Em 1969, a capela foi restaurada, aproximando-se das linhas da arquitetura jesuítica da igreja do Conjunto Nossa Senhora do Rosário.[23]
